By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content solely in connection with operating and providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your User Content or your account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove User Content at our sole discretion, including content that we believe violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DeepMesh Labs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language in the State of Delaware or at another mutually agreed location.
YOU AND DEEPMESH LABS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
